Dynamic Denim has been emphasizing resource conservation and environmental protection since its establishment.
In 2020, we have built 1500t/d water deep treatment facilities, increasing the reclaimed water reuse rate to 76%; Build a 1.6MW distributed rooftop photovoltaic power plant, where replaces 10% of the entire plant's electricity consumption; We have independently designed and installed an automated denim dye material system, improving the level of production automation, achieving energy conservation, emission reduction, and clean production.
In 2021, the company successfully passed the provincial green factory certification and strengthened product lifecycle management.
In 2022, we applied for and passed the National-level Green Factory certification.
We have our own sewage treatment station, which can process 2500 tons of wastewater per day.
We uses 9L of fresh water per yard of denim fabric, which is only 20% of the water used by traditional denim production enterprises. The new water intake only accounts for 35% of the total plant water consumption, while the other 65% is recycled water.

In 2021, we built a 1.6 MW distributed rooftop photovoltaic power plant. The project generates an average of 1.5 million KWH of electricity annually, saving 184.35 tons of standard coal and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 1,326.45 tons per year.
All street lights in the factory area use solar energy, saving 30,000 KWH of electricity and reducing carbon emissions by 16 tons annually.
The forklifts in the factory have been upgraded to lithium battery forklifts, reducing fuel consumption by over 12,000 liters and carbon emissions by 28 tons per year.
Introduced centralized steam supply from the industrial park to replace self-generated steam, improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing fossil energy consumption emissions.
Utilized the company parking lot to build a 250 KW/482 KWH+400KWP solar storage project, which can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 330 tons annually.
In product design, we prioritize the use of eco-friendly raw materials such as organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester, recycled regenerated cellulose fiber, PLA/PEF biodegradable polyester, and plant-based functional fibers.
We conduct research on dyeing technologies using eco-friendly dyes such as bio-based indigo dyes, bio-indigo, plant indigo, hydrogen-reduced liquid indigo, and electrolytic indigo, exploring new eco-friendly dyeing processes.
97% of our production chemicals have obtained ZDHC certification, with 75% achieving L3 level certification. We have established a strict chemical management system in line with industry standards to ensure product environmental safety from the source, comprehensively guarantee product safety, and provide solid protection for consumer rights.
